the staff was helpful. the room included a selection of biscuits and teas, a lovely treat after a long day. fresh fruit was available. we had croissants that my daughter loved.
the shower water wasn't as hot as it could be, and it didn't drain very well.

the hotel is opposite a nature reserve with access to the mersey river, it is perfect for walks. beech road's diverse eateries are nearby. i walked to the chorlton tram stop in only twenty minutes.

The staff were very helpful, I especially appreciated their assistance with directions. I found a wide array of snacks and drinks in the room. This was a lovely unexpected treat. The hotel had parking with electric chargers. It was very convenient.

i found free parking so handy. the free snack bar had fresh fruit and yogurts and many tea choices it really added something special. the staff were so nice at check in and also at the bar downstairs they were always ready to help.
the room felt warm even with the fan i wish the bathroom window opened it would have helped a lot.
